ABSTRACT GUIDELINESS
ABSTRACT SUBMISSION DEADLINE: SUNDAY, 15 MARCH, 2026
Healthcare professionals from the GCC and beyond are invited to submit abstracts for Oral and E-Poster presentations at the 5th Annual International Oncology Forum, taking place on 11–12 April 2026 at Shangri-La Dubai, UAE.
Participants are encouraged to share original research and clinical insights across
a wide range of topics in general oncology. Designed to showcase the next generation of oncology research, the Best Oral and Poster offer a high-profile platform for both emerging and established investigators to gain visibility and recognition.
Please read the submission rules before submitting your abstract:
- Only abstracts submitted via the online submission form will be sent to the Abstract Review Committee for review.
- Abstracts submitted by e-mail will not be accepted.
- All abstracts must be submitted and presented in clear English.
- The Scientific Programme Committee reserves the right to decide on the final form of presentation.
- Presenting authors of abstracts must be registered and paid participants.
- The presenting author is required to ensure that all co-authors are aware of the content of the abstract before submission.
- Abstracts must be received by the announced deadline. Abstracts received after the deadline will not be considered.
- Abstracts must be original and must not be or have been published or presented at any other meeting prior to the Oncology Forum.
